Spring, the Season for Cherry Blossom Viewing
A delightful assortment of two types of macarons with seasonal elements and Japanesque inspirations. The "sakura" macarons are scented with cherry blossom liqueur and have a sweet red bean paste filling. The other type is "sake-kasu" macarons, with a white chocolate filling using lees of "sake" rice wine, sandwiched between cookies that use premium "wasanbon" sugar and coated with white chocolate. Ideal also as a gift.
Enjoy the view of our Japanese garden and fresh cherry tree decorations inside with a sumptuous lunch buffet, consisting of sandwiches, various hot dishes, delectable pastries and desserts.
