When Hotel New Otani opened in 1964, the circular lounge with a panoramic view from the top floor was one of its highlights. In the years since, the lounge became restaurant VIEW & DINING THE SKY, known for its extensive array of delightful Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes.
Now, VIEW & DINING THE SKY welcomes guests once again with a unique new-style buffet of items such as sushi, tempura, and teppanyaki freshly prepared right at the counter, New Otani’s prided roast beef, a salad bar of locally-produced premium vegetables, a delectable assortment of carefully-made dishes, and an immense lineup of exquisite desserts including popular pastries from SATSUKI and PIERRE HERMÉ PARIS.
