Vic "The Trader" Bergeron opened his first restaurant in San Francisco in 1934. In the decades since, the Trader Vic's restaurants around the world have been escorting its guests to the South Pacific islands for an extraordinary dining experience. Enjoy a variety of unique cuisines from around the world, house specialties of smoked meat, fish, and fowl prepared in the iconic wood-fired ovens, and more than 100 concoctions of tropical drinks in the exotic ambience of the Polynesian themed décor.
