Point Program

We suggest that you place your redemption requests well in advance, as the process of issuing Hotel Reward Certificates (paper) usually takes about 10 days, or possibly longer (especially during the month of September every year when points expire).

Points not redeemed by the end of their validity period will automatically expire.

E-Vouchers (digital) are valid for immediate use.

• Hotel Certificates are valid for one year from the issue date.

Please note

Points are awarded for stays or restaurant/bar uses that apply to all of the conditions given below.

1. The stay or restaurant/bar use must be booked directly with the hotel, via its official website or by phone. (Stays and restaurant/bar uses with no reservations are also eligible for points, if all other conditions are met.)
2. The member earning the points must stay at the designated hotel or dine at the designated restaurant/bar.
3. The membership ID of the member earning the points must be presented.
4. Payment must be made by the member earning the points, directly to the hotel by cash or credit card. (Payment on invoices may be eligible for points by special arrangement, if the invoiced company/organization is owned or managed by the member.)

*Please note that reservations made through travel agents or external booking sites are not eligible for points, regardless of the method of payment.
