Please note that the service charge at Hotel New Otani Tokyo, Osaka, and Makuhari will be raised from the current 10% to 15%, as shown below.

Revised service charge: 15%
*The current service charge (10%) will be applied to accommodation and restaurant reservations made by August 31, for October 1 and later.
*As for reservations by New Otani Club members for uses during October 1 to 31, 2022, made by September 30, the current service charge (10%) will be applied.
