How to book a seat

Reservations are required for the Good Neighbor Hotel complimentary shuttle bus service.
[Reservation period] From 2 months before to 6:00p.m. the previous day
Reservations are available through the following website only:

Please book your hotel room first. (Please inform us your travel agent and booking number if you have booked your room through a travel agent.)

*Seats are limited and subject to availability.
*For safety reasons, parents are requested to seat children aged three or younger on their lap.
*Guests who cancel their hotel room reservation are kindly requested to cancel their Good Neighbor Hotel shuttle bus reservation also.
* Reservations are available for groups of up to 6 people only.
* Please note that the Good Neighbor Hotel shuttle bus service maybe cancelled in cases of force majeure. (No substitutions will be provided in such cases.)
*An email confirmation will be sent to you when your booking is complete. Please check your e-mail filtering settings in advance.
