Vegan and vegetarian courses are now offered at KATO'S DINING & BAR, in order to accommodate various dietary lifestyles and restrictions. Discover the delicate flavors, textures, and presentation of fresh vegetables of the season, beans, and grains prepared in authentic “kaiseki” style.

Lunch: 11:30am - 1:30pm (last orders)
Dinner: 5:00pm - 7:30pm (last orders)

Our vegan and vegetarian items are prepared in the same kitchen as all other menu items, using the same cooking utensils that are cleaned in the same dishwasher. Therefore, please note that the risk of cross-contamination cannot be completely eliminated.
