A new addition to the lineup during Hors d'Oeuvres hours (5:30pm - 8:00pm) are ‘Tapas’: canapes on New Otani's J-cereal Pain de Campagne made with our original multi-grain flour and special lactobacillus, baked with black soybeans, pistachios, Matcha, and Amaou strawberries.
