The “Magic” Oven
Trader Vic's wood-fired ovens can be traced back two thousand years to the Han Dynasty era. Nicknamed the “Magic Oven”, it stands approximately two meters (six and a half feet) in height. The subtle smoky flavor and rich aroma rendered by indirect radiation heat of around 400°C are the secret elements that make our signature spareribs and steaks so tempting.
