Croissants and brioche, along with ‘Yogurt Envie’, by Pierre Hermé Paris are available nowhere else in the world but at Hotel New Otani Tokyo, the first location in the world to open its boutique. Delicious morning pancakes are dressed with fruits and fine gelato made with Jersey milk from Hachijojima island.

Three kinds of viennoiseries by Pierre Hermé Paris are offered exclusively for ‘The New Ultimate Breakfast’. Freshly baked breads and pastries from Patisserie SATSUKI are also offered.
Yogurt Bar
Make yogurts to your liking at the ‘Yogurt Bar’. Select from a variety of yogurts such as the rich and creamy Matsoni (Caspian Sea Yogurt), to add desired toppings that include superfoods as Chia seeds, to be enjoyed your own way. Yogurt by Pierre Hermé Paris is now also offered.
Power up your morning with meats, eggs, and fresh vegetables. Perhaps some Iberian ham, smoked beef, scrambled eggs with truffle, and vegetables from our farm in Yamanashi prefecture for a balanced, energy-boosting start to the day.

Original Smoked Fish
Flavored with Hotel New Otani’s original blend seasoning concocted of strictly traditional Japanese seasoning as soy sauce and Mirin (rice wine vinegar), the fish is smoked in Yamaguchi prefecture by an artisan’s mastery. Smoked sans preservative or synthetic seasoning, the taste is excellent with plenty of savor.
Commence the day with a great-for-the-body breakfast of fresh vegetables from Hotel New Otani’s exclusive farm, together with fruit, Greek yogurt, and an entrée of multi-grain rice wrapped with omelet made with brown-rice-fed chicken eggs.
Specialty Omelets
From high protein and low calorie ‘White Omelet’ made only with egg whites, to ‘Cereal Omelet’ which is brown rice with Chia seeds wrapped in an omelet made with brown-rice-fed chicken eggs, select your preferred omelet from a variety of choices that also include ‘ham’, ‘cheese’, ‘olive’, ‘herb paste’, ‘Spanish’, and ‘mushroom’.
Uenohara Herbs Garden Salad
Finest and freshest vegetables from Hotel New Otani’s contracted farm in Uenohara city of Yamanashi prefecture. Enjoy the pure taste of quality vegetables made chemical-free in wonderful nature.
Traditional Japanese breakfast to be enjoyed from a buffet. Select what you prefer, from the staple rice and miso soup, to dried Japanese horse mackerel prepared with natural salt by a renowned establishment in Izu. Or how about acquired-taste delicacies such as fermented Japanese soy beans ‘natto’, an original of Hotel New Otani using large-sized soy beans, and pickled plums ‘ume-boshi’ of top grade Kishu Nanko Ume marinated in Ginseng.
Marinated Salmon Roe
Salmon roe is aged then carefully marinated in specially made soy sauce. Enjoy its exquisite taste as well as its texture as the roes burst within the mouth, delivering a unique gastronomic sensation.
