Executive Chef Renaud Augier
qualifies for M.O.F. Title
Renaud Augier, Executive Chef of Tour d’Argent Tokyo, qualified for the most prestigious honor of French culinary expertise and craftsmanship, “Meilleur Ouvriers de France (M.O.F.)” for 2019, a feat that has not been achieved in 37 years by a French chef residing in Japan. Chef Augier will receive his medal from the French President in a ceremony to be held at the Élysée Palace and officially assume the title of an M.O.F. chef.

Delectable Strawberry Tart by Chef Patissier Loïc Pivot
“Tarte aux Fraise” from Tour d’Argent Tokyo is a delectable masterpiece with a bouquet of sweet Amaou strawberries over crisply roasted tart. Drops of mint jelly and leaves of gold are sprinkled to accent its delicious taste.
