The “New Super Mamekan” is this summer’s dessert of choice. Highest quality black soybeans from Tamba are made plump through boiling over 2 to 3 days to perfectly match cubically sliced agar jelly and brown sugar syrup. A traditional taste dressed with a modern twist.
