One whole high-grade Irwin mango is used for each piece of the Extra Super Mango Shortcakes. Irwin mangoes, known as apple mangoes in Japan, are extremely sweet and creamy with a rich scent. Eggs from brown rice-fed chickens are used for the sponge and almond milk with high skin beautification qualities make up the whipped cream. Available only from mid-June to end of August.
